Bemer Start Set is compared to iMRS:

  • 1.6 times the price
  • 1/2 the power (PEMF Gauss)
  • the same number of therapies

Both the Bemer and iMRS are well-known manufacturers of PEMF Mats but they are super expensive. Very low powered.

A good range for PEMF intensity is 1 to 10 Gauss. The Bemer at the highest setting is 1/3 and the iMRS is 1/14th the intensity for effective treatment. This is not to say that they are useless. But they are much less effective than a Healthyline mat or any of the more powerful mats.

Both mats say that they will increase blood circulation and that is true. Any magnetic field will do the same. Even permanent magnetics such as the ones that people use to hold papers on their fridges. So, both mats will help with circulation but if you need to treat a part of the body that is not near the surface, these devices may not be as helpful as a mat with more intensity.

Both mats are sold via multi-level marketing and that is why their prices are so high. I like to compare the price of a mat to a Healthlyline mat, which I think has a great price. The Bemer is about 5 times the price of a Healthyline mat. And the iMRS is a little over 3 times the price of a Healthyline mat.

I know you may have seen a lot of marketing ads promoting these two devices. And I know for some people that give them creditability. But, my opinion is that these two mats are NOT a good buy.

I suggest that you look at my review of PEMF mats you will see most of the manufacturers and some of the critical details of each. You can find that article here:https://perfectpemf.com/pemf-reviews/

But if you are a person who likes to skip ahead in a book and read the conclusion. I have researched PEMF mats and chose Healthyline as the map that I think is the best value. In fact, this is the mat I liked so well that I not only bought it for myself, I bought one for each of my kids.
