What is PEMF Therapy?

Pulsed Electro-Magnetic Field (PEMF) therapy employs an electronic device to stimulate and train cells to aid in the resolution of cellular malfunctioning and to promote overall well-being. PEMF therapy operates your cells as if they were batteries. It’s usual for them to gradually lose energy. Your body and mind may feel fatigued by the end of the day. This is where PEMF technology comes into play. PEMF Therapy is a sort of electrical treatment in which the natural state of the ground is used to generate pulsing electromagnetic fields. It employs electromagnetic fields to try to help cellular dysfunction and is also known as low-field magnetic stimulation. It is the least intrusive and safest method of relieving pain and inflammation.

How does PEMF therapy work?

PEMF therapy involves the introduction of magnetic energy through the body. These energy waves enhance healing by interacting with your body’s inherent magnetic field. Magnetic fields aid in the growth of electrolytes and ions. This naturally affects electrical changes at the cellular level, as well as cellular metabolism. It aids in the relief of chronic pain by collaborating with your body’s natural healing mechanisms. The best part is that it is completely risk-free.

Finally, electricity is required for the human body to send messages throughout the body and to the brain. PEMF therapy has been shown to efficiently realign the energy in your cells. When a cell is activated, positive charges can enter through an open ION channel. The interior of this cell gets positively charged, which causes additional electrical currents to be triggered, resulting in pulses. This can have a good impact on mobility, healing, and signaling. Any interruption in electrical currents might cause malfunction or sickness. PEMF therapy assists in restoring this interruption in electrical current to its normal state, promoting overall wellness.

PEMF dramatically improves circulation and has several health advantages. Therapy can take anything from 30 minutes to several hours per day and can be aimed at specific locations or the entire body. Pregnancy and persons with an implanted pacemaker or electrical device are the sole contraindications, as previously stated.

The most prominent advantages are increased energy and circulation; fewer muscular spasms; improved sleep; improved bone fracture healing; and reduced pain and inflammation. Bryant A. Meyers believes, “the body is self-healing, self-regulating, and self-regenerating.” PEMF treatment fundamentally assists in providing the energy required to do so.
